PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Headwalls for Patient Rooms in Community Living Center The Erie VAMC has a need for a headwall at the Erie VA Medical Center at 135 East 38th Street, Erie Pa 16504, Community Living Center Building. The Community Living Center is a new building that is being built at the Erie VA Medical Center. The VA Medical Center is purchasing headwall units that will be behind the patient s beds and will also serve as a place for storage of personal items and memorabilia. The quote must provide a brochure and explain how each salient feature is met. Failure to do so will result in your quote being deemed unresponsive. General Notes: Finish requirements: Vendor shall provide the government with finish options appropriate to the finish type or grade indicated with bid package include laminate, metal, and pulls options as requested. Care instructions must be included with all material submitted. Delivery & Installation All items to be delivered/ received at vendor warehouse then delivered to Erie VA, Community Living Center site in Erie, Pennsylvania. Detailed specifications will be posted no later than August 24, 2018.
