PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE, NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR ANSWERED UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED. INFORMATION IN THIS SYNOPSIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This is a 100% WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) procurement. NAICS Code: 237990. This solicitation, W912P818B0058, is anticipated to be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be firm fixed price (FFP). The solicitation will be issued on or about 13 August 2018. The anticipated bid opening date is set for 12 September 2018; however, actual date of bid opening will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date. The work consists of demolishing and removing the old powerhouse and the old awning, construction of a new pre-engineered metal shops building, sink, mechanical and electrical, and construction of a new awning. The estimated value of this work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be posted on FedBizOps (www.fbo.gov ).
