Watercraft DD Form 1423 - CDRL 1-4 Site Visit Authorization Request for Proposal FA481918R3001 IDIQ Bid Schedule Attachment 6 Watercraft DD Form 1423 - CDRL 5-8 Financial Reference Sheet Performance Work Statement Attachment 7 Watercraft DD Form 1423 - CDRL 9-12 The contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision and equipment and services necessary to perform the Missile Retriever Re-Power requirements for three (3) 82 ATRS Missile Retrievers as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). Be advised of all attachments: SF1449 FA481918R3001 Request for Proposal Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement Attachment 2 Financial Reference Sheet Attachment 3 Site Visit Authorization Attachment 4 IDIQ Bid Schedule Attachment 5 Watercraft DD From 1423 - CDRL 1-4 Attachment 6 Watercraft DD From 1423 - CDRL 5-8 Attachment 7 Watercraft DD From 1423 - CDRL 9-12 Site Visit: 7 September 2018 from 0900-1100 CST Questions Due: 14 September 2018 4:30 PM CST Solicitation Due Date: 19 September 2018 12:00 PM CST Funding approval from Congress is required for these funds, however, the funds certifying official believes there is a reasonable expectation of funding rather than acute assurance of funding; therefore, all solicitations for projects provided in attachment 1 will include the following statement on the Purchase Request and Solicitation: "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligations to reimburse an offeror for any costs." While the Contracting Officer may solicit proposals, award may not be made until funds are received.
