Description

Washington River Protection Solutions LLC (WRPS) has a requirement to design/build the new 222-SL Cold Laboratory. The scope of the project is the design, manufacture, and delivery of a new ~ 10,000 square foot permanent modular construction laboratory facility, to include utility tie-ins, procurement and installation of laboratory casework, furniture and accessories, mechanical, plumbing (including gases), HVAC and electrical installations. Personnel will need to be available to support at a general contractor to support on site installation at the Hanford site (which will be included in a separate RFP for site prep and general contracting). The anticipated budget for this design manufacture and delivery award is expected to be ~$4,000,000.00 with a target end date of December, 2019.
