- The Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in Hampton, VA requires an experienced contractor in the renovation and construction of medical facilities to provide all materials, equipment, labor and supervision to complete the project to Construct New Pedestrian Crosswalk. This is a Presolicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement.
