Description
bid sheet Attachment 1: Description Attachment 2: Criteria and Provisions Please see attachments: 3 (three) total enclosed. The 159 FW Alert Facility 400 Russell Ave, Bldg. 31 in New Orleans, Louisiana, 70143 is seeking to purchase the following: 1. Dual Port Transceiver (DPT), six (6) quantity, with capability to interface into existing wired ICs on the aircraft (F-15). 2. Submersible portable transceiver to connect to the user's existing headset to allow communications with the dual port transceiver, eight (8) quantity. The connector must be compatible with the current air force headset configuration for F-15s. 3. Platform interface cables, two (2) quantity, to allow programming of equipment. 4. Battery chargers, two (2) quantity to recharge the batteries. 5. Pouches to securely carry the Submersible portable transceivers, twelve (12) quantity. 6. Pouches, six (6) quantity, to hold the Dual port transceivers. Requirement description for wireless communications ground equipment on aircraft during different phases of operations are listed below. The equipment will be removed from the aircraft before the aircraft taxis will not fly with the airplane. No installation necessary. The features of the requirement are as follows:  Rechargeable batteries with charging device capability.  The equipment must be HERO approved for use by NSWC Dahlgren and by Air Force Safety Center.  Equipment must approved for use in a Fuel Servicing Safety Zone (FSSZ) as described in T.O. 00-25-172.  The frequencies used must be within the 2.4 GHz and approved by the Spectrum Office.  The frequency must be Spread spectrum, frequency hopping at a minimum 50 hops per second.  Line of Sight range up to 2500 ft. or more.  Minimum of 50 channel capability.  Minimum of 5 simultaneous speakers with capability of 31 users per channel.  Equipment must be full duplex wireless intercom.  Must be able to work as a standalone system if the dual port transceiver is not used.  Hands free option with voice menus system.
