- Revised Statement of Work and Sole Source Justification The government (AFLCMC/PZIB) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is "Levin Professional Services DBA Washington Professional Systems." The item being procured is for the purchase of Chauvet Lighting Package with X-Laser Lighting Bundle. The exact specifications can be found in the attached Statement of Work. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received by the response date specified in this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation number is FA8601-18-Q-0227 and the NAICS Code is 335129. Quotations should be e-mailed to kristen.miller.10@us.af.mil by 10:00 A.M. Eastern on 10 September 2018. Any questions should be directed to kristen.miller.10@us.af.mil or phone at 937-522-4611. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail must contain the subject line "Synopsitation FA8601-18-Q-0227." The entire proposal must be contained in a single e-mail that does not exceed 5 megabytes including attachments, if any. E-mails with compressed files are not permitted. Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e.,.exe or.zip files). Therefore, if the specified subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that.zip or.exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the email filters at Wright-Patterson. If sending attachments with email, ensure only.pdf,.doc,.docx,.xls or.xlsx documents are sent. The email filter may delete any other form of attachments.
