- Attachment 3 - Technical Requirements Attachment 2 - Provisions & Clauses Attachment 1 - Information Sheet SAQR This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the intent of the 763 Specialized Contracting Squadron (SCONS) to award a firm-fixed-priced (FFP) contract to a vendor who can supply the technical refresh of E-911 Call Taking Systems at two Air Mobility Command (AMC) locations: Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), New Jersey and Fairchild Air Force Base (AFB), Washington. Headquarters Air Mobility Command's Directorate of Communications' Operations Division (HQ AMC/A6OA) requires a complete hardware/software 'turn-key' solution for the technical refresh of E-911 Call Taking Systems for nine E-911 operator consoles at JBMDL and seven at Fairchild AFB utilizing either the Brand Name or Equal VESTA R7 Federal solution that is offered by Motorola Solutions (Motorola) or the Brand Name or Equal SPOK PC/PSAP for Federal Agencies that is offered by SPOK. The Government anticipates award to the contractor with the lowest aggregate price that is technically acceptable. The delivery period is 90-days After Date of Contract (ADC). This requirement is being solicited IAW FAR 13, as supplemented.
