Description
This is a request for information only (RFI) to identify all Small Business sources (SDVOSB, VOSB, and Small) that are capable to provide 11 270-gallon totes of 50% liquid caustic soda and pH level testing (one service/month) of the well water at the Tomah VAMC, Tomah, WI. Cost of shipping the caustic soda to be included in the cost, not a separate shipping charge. A site visit is required to perform monthly pH level testing and make any adjustments to the well water to maintain a pH level of 7. The government reserves the right to inspect or test all supplies or services that have been rendered for acceptance. The government may require re-performance of nonconforming services at no increase contract price; the government must exercise post-acceptance rights within a reasonable time after the nonconformity was discovered. Hours of testing service are 8am-420pm, M-F. Delivery of supplies hours are 8am-430pm. Prior to arrival, the POC must be notified to schedule pending service. POC must be present at time of service. Check-in with POC is required. A copy of the awarded purchase order is required to be presented to the POC (to justify service to be performed). The contractor shall take all the necessary precautions to protect government property and shall repair any damage caused by their efforts. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the government. The Dept of Veterans Affairs has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and the release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become government property and will not be returned. Responders are advised that the US Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.
