S02 FBO Desc Solicitation Number: 36C24518Q9293 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, on behalf of the Clarksburg VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Valet Parking Services at the Clarksburg VA Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Clarksburg, WV.26301. This solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Please see attached Solicitation 36C244-18-Q-9343 for additional information regarding this requirement. This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB s). The government anticipates awarding an IDIQ with five periods of performance. Award will be made by Price alone using Comparative analysis to determine best value to the government. Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 812930 and the Small Business Size Standard is $38.5 Million. Information and solicitation documents for this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for posting of the solicitation package, addenda to the solicitation, and any other pertinent information. All interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and Veteran Vendor Information Pages database (VIP) pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines prior to award.
