- This Amendment is for the revision of the statement of work as well as the extension of the quotation due date from September 04 2018 to September 06 2018. Submission of quotes will be based on updated SOW and price schedule in combo, no other documents. No further changes. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation CDC Furniture Solicitation Number: FA4659-18-Q-0073 POC: A1C Ashley Joyner Mendes 319th Contracting Flight 295 Steen Blvd, Bldg 242, Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205-6222 Phone: 701-747-5301 Email: ashley.joyner_mendes@us.af.mil This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; quotes are being requested a written solicitation will not be issued. " Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer." The 319th Contracting Flight at 295 Steen Blvd., Bldg. 242, Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205 intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of assorted Child Development Center (CDC) furniture. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). In order to be technically acceptable quotes must meet the salient characteristics listed in the statement of work. Quotes that do not meet the minimum specifications will not be considered technically acceptable. All quotes must be returned to A1C Ashley Joyner Mendes NLT Thursday 06 September 2018 at 2:00 PM CST. This RFQ is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside; all responsible and technically acceptable offers will be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 337127: Institutional Furniture Manufacturing and the size standard is 500 Employees. The Government reserves the right to hold discussions with offerors. Discussions may or may not be held with offerors; therefore, each offerors initial quote should be complete and accurate. One award will be made based on which offer is fully in compliance with requirements, and provides the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Offeror's must show: (1) The solicitation number; (2) The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers: (3) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; (4) price and discount terms; (5) "Remit To" address, if different than the mailing address; (6) Acknowledgement of solicitation amendments, if any. Quotes must remain valid through 30 September 2018. Quotes not annotated as valid through 30 September 2018 will not be considered for award.
