- Contractor Performance Data Sheet Solicitation DD254 Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) N32253-18-R-0081. Submit written offers in accordance with the CLIN structure outlined in the announcement. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100 and DFARS DPN 20180824. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 336611 and Size Standard of 1250 employees apply to this procurement. Proposals are due to this office no later than 07 September 2018 07:00 AM, Hawaiian Standard Time.
