Attachment H Depot On-Site rules Attachment G ASTM Designation Attachment F Provisions and Clauses Attachment E CLIN Structure Attachment D Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment C Hammond Depot ESOHMS Orientation Guide Attachment B Evaluation Criteria Attachment A Statement of Work Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with Part 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and file attachments. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All contractors must be registered with the System Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. DLA Strategic Materials intends to purchase 3,000 metric tons (MT) of Electrolytic Manganese Metal (EMM) flakes with a manganese (Mn) purity of at least 99.5% by weight. The Contractor shall deliver no more than 300 MT in one month to the Government until the Contractor delivers a total 3,000 MT of EMM to the Government within the period of performance. The contractor shall follow the material, material packaging, labeling and material transportation requirements as identified in the Statement of work. See attachments for additional information.
