Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT: Under the authority 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source," it is the Government's intent to award a sole source service contract to the Indianapolis Indians for the procurement of stadium advertising space at baseball sporting events. The Indianapolis Indians are the only vendor authorized to allow onsite access to their venue in regards to advertising. THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available. A telephone request for a copy of the solicitation will not be honored. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All responses received within 15 days will be considered. If no affirmative written response is received, the service contract will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is based upon and meets the requirements of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. Award of this service contract will be based upon the possible responses to this notice, and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Detailed capabilities of interested vendors must be submitted to the following email address no later than 4:00 PM (EST) 15 September 2018.
