This helps him find the tumor which is deep in the lung tissue. These instruments are necessary for the surgeon to place small incisions which decrease pain and recovery time for the patients. They are 14 with an approximate ½ inch working tip. The modified ratchet decreases the tissue damage since these are used more as dissectors rather than clamps. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100 effective 22 August 2008. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 339112. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6515. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. All interested parties must bid on all items. All quotes shall include a statement regarding the terms and conditions contained herein as follows: The terms and conditions in the RFQ are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion or addition.
