Description

NOTICE OF INTENT: The Regional health Contracting Office-Central, JBSA, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, intends to award on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for Radiopharmaceuticals to Cardinal Health 414 LLC. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, FSC - 6505, Drugs and Biologicals, with a corresponding size standard of 1,250 employees. The proposed contract action is for the purchase of Radiopharmaceutical items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The Government intends to execute this award on or around 13 September 2018. This notice is neither a request for quotations nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.
