- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for the successful contractor to perform Dive Transect Monitoring for Pinto Abalone in Select Locations in Southeast Alaska per the enclosed statement of work (SOW) for NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Alaska Region per this request for quotes (RFQ) NMFS AKR-18-0905 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement action is 541690 and is being competed full and open. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Office of Management Division (OMD), requires that all contractors doing business with OMD be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
