Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a Sole Source order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to Avnet, Inc. DBA AVNETUSI, 2775 W Cypress Creek Rd. Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. The proposed contract is to procure the following: Support and Maintenance Object Code, Floating, part no. 535-103796 and 535-107494. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No written solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses are due by September 7, 2018 at 10:00 AM, (PST) Pacific Standard Time.
