- PWS This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS (www.fbo.gov). This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ number is W912SV-18-R-0022. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-95 and DFARS Change Notice 20161222. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at the below address: http://farsite.hill.af.mil The NAICS code is 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 541511 is $ 27,500,000. This is an unrestricted solicitation action posted for full and open competition.
