- Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6, subpart 6.302-1 (2), the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, Pine Bluff Contracting Office, intends to award a sole source contract for a base year plus 4 option years to a Historically Black College and University Minority Institution (HBCUMI). The scope of work includes but not limited to students from a (HBCUMI) School that are enrolled in a four year institute majoring in the field of Computer Science with Academic Standing to work in the public sector and provide Pine Bluff Arsenal with computer and support services for Levels I, II and III skills. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 611310 is applicable. Small business size standard is $27.5 million. The Sole Source will be awarded to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB), 1200 University Drive, Pine Bluff, AR 71601, which is a (HBCUMI) in the Geographic area. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Government's needs. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to Rock Island Contracting Center, Pine Bluff Contracting Office, 10020 Kabrich Circle, Building 17-120, CCRC-AEP, ATTN: Jeffrey L. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
