REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: Experimentation, Business and Operations Support Services (EBOSS)- Deliverable Requirements This requirement is to provide a full range of engineering, analytical, technical, and business services. The application of talent and experience through skillful resourcing will support the development of new or existing operational concepts, tactics, techniques, procedures and technologies to prepare Marines for combat. This effort is critical as Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory ( MCWL) and Futures Division (FD) feeds the combat development process. The proposed deliverables are as follows: C-4. The contractor shall provide technical and functional support in this task area by executing the specific tasks identified, but not limited to: C-4.1.1 General Support - Provide program management to oversee the totality of support services provided within the contract as outlined in para C-2.5.1. The Contractor's Program Manager shall C-4.1.1.1 Coordinate/work to identify and resolve questions or issues related to contract tasks or contractor personnel support with the Contracting Officer's Representative. C-4.1.1.2 Compile and provide a formal report of progress and/or accomplishment of the tasks within this contract as a monthly deliverable. C-4.1.2 Gl Human Capital Support. Tasks in support of the G 1 shall require access up to Secret. The contractor shall provide technical and functional support in this task area by executing the specific tasks identified, not limited to the following: C-4.1.2.1 Review, monitor, track and support the execution of personnel actions in Marine on Line (MOL), the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System and other media formats/applications. C-4.1.2.2 Prepare, edit and route awards actions utilizing the Improved Awards Processing System or other means of submission. C-4.1.2.3 Assist in processing, distribution and monitoring of tasks for completion within the Marine Corps Action Tracking System or other USMC I Navy enterprise application. C-4-1.2.4 Assist in processing personnel for joins and departures to include security actions for verifying eligibility and processing for access with higher headquarters. C-4.1.2.5 Assist in maintaining the JPAS PSM net and identifying members by review for submission of periodic investigations. C-4.1.2.6 Compose, review, edit, route and track official written products using local or USMC/Navy enterprise formats and applications. C-4.1.2.7 Assist in travel planning and auditing, to include group lodging, coordinating with outside agencies for foreign travel requirements and country clearances, military travel registration systems as necessary, coordination and processing of travel authorizations to include use of the Defense Travel System and ensuring travel is in compliance with current travel regulations and processes. C-4.1.2.8 Audit travel to ensure each trip is in compliance with current travel regulations and processes. C-4.1.2.9 Coordinate with the appropriate command personnel for supplies. C-4.1.2.10 Compile information relevant to a command chronology and prepare for publication as approved. C-4.1.2.11 M aintain key documents archive using the enterprise Department of the Navy Tasks, Records, and Consolidated Knowledge Enterprise Repository (DoN TRACKER). C-4.1.2.12 Assist in developing and tracking execution of staff/division budgets and assist in the creation of funding requests or coordinating cross organizational travel funding. C-4.1.2.13 Provide general technical, information and data management to include design and maintenance of SharePoint collaborative sites and information repositories. C-4.1.2.14 Provide calendar management, initiating and monitoring schedule/meeting requests and prioritizing these requests. C-4. 1.2.15 Participate in meetings and take minutes, capture all action items and forward the minutes to the appropriate person for distribution. C-4.1.2.16 Assist in the preparation, publication and distribution of briefing materials associated with the execution of meetings/events. C-4.1.2.17 Facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), special advisory boards and on-site and off-site working group meetings. C-4.1.3. G7 Business Finance Management Office C-4.1.3.1 Database Support. The contractor shall provide on/off-site and on-call technical support of functional Access databases used for the management of organizational budgets. Support includes functional analysis in order to suggest and implement modifications and/or enhancements, preparation of technical instructions and/or user manual(s), and conducting user training. C-4.1.3.2 Help Desk. The contractor shall provide on-site full and/or part-time technical support to project officers across all MCWL/FD functional Divisions in the planning and preparation of funding request packages prior to submission to the G7. Support includes coordinating with G7 staff to assisting M CWL/FD project officers to identify the financial and contractual elements of information necessary to implement business support to their projects. C-4.2 DELIVERABLE 2-OPERATIONS SUPPORT SERVICES C-4.2.1 G3 Operations. Tasks in support of the G3 require a minimum of Secret access with the exception of the liaisons requiring access at SCI to perform unrestricted coordination and integration. The contractor shall provide technical and functional support in this task area by executing the specific tasks identified, not limited to the following: C-4.2.1.1 Provide operational and administrative support to facilitate development of the MCWL/FD Campaign Plan and supporting Training Exercise and Operations Employment Plans (TEEP) and schedules. C-4.2.1.2 Establish a Synthesis Center for synthesizing knowledge gained from wargames, experiments and evaluations of concepts, equipment and tactics, techniques and procedures as well as enabling technologies and prepare X-Files booklets and distribute to the operating forces. C-4.2.1.3 The contractor shall review, analyze and synthesize experimentation results to propose recommended TTPs for input into the Expeditionary Force Development System and Joint Capability Integration Development System. C-4.2.1.3 Provide support to the Public Affairs Officer (PAO) to inform and educate target audiences on Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory activities and interests. C-4.2.1.4 Coordinate and communicate with PAOs from other organizations to include, MCCDC, MCSC and ONR and industry. C-4.2.1.5 Plan, prepare and coordinate with other staffs for visitors to the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory. C-4.2.1.6 Assist the PAO in planning, preparing, coordinating public relations meetings, news conferences, briefings and information releases with the media (press, television, radio, etc.). C-4.2.1.7 Prepare focused topical media products in support of a specific message as provided by the 03. C-4.2.1.8 Plan and coordinate, to include personnel and logistics, enabling a MCWL/FD exhibit and presence at trade shows and public displays relative to the venue specific message. C-4.2.1.9 Promote and support experimentation events and document experiments for use in public affair events. C-4.2.1.10 Provide graphic design technical support. C-4.2.1.11 Develop conceptual, strategic and dynamic design solutions for MCWL/FD approval. C-4.2.1.12 Operate and maintain audio visual equipment, providing for processing and handling of exposed film, production of video, and perform audio visual work in the production of training and presentation aids. C-4.2.1.13 Develop and produce creative video storytelling that promote organizational interests and work of the MCWL/FD. C-4.2.1.14 Create and produce a variety of printed and collateral materials, mock ups, presentation boards and visual products that promote organizational interests and work. C-4.2.1.15 Provide information, knowledge, social media, SharePoint, shared-drive management and WEB design support. C-4.2.1.16 Provide WEBmaster support for the MCWL/FD Non-classified Internet Protocol Network and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network websites and publish present relevant and current information via the respective networks and coordinate with MCWL/FD Information Management I Information Systems community of interest in the development and use of Microsoft SharePoint and CORASWorks. Community of interest consists of the 03 and MCWL/FD division. C-4.2.1.17 Provide end-user friendly designed SharePoint web-parts and sites with front line suppo1 t to users experiencing system problems. C-4.2.1.18 The contractor shall research, be knowledgeable of and maintain a current library of Joint and Marine Corps doctrinal publications. C-4.2.1.19 Command Liaison Support. C-4.2.1.19.1 Senior Military Operations Analyst - 1 MEF C-4.2.1.19.2 Senior Military Operations Analyst - II MEF C-4.2.1.19.3 Senior Military Operations Analyst - III MEF C-4.2.1.19.4 (Option) Senior Military Operations Analyst - Deputy Commandant for Aviation C-4.2.1.19.5 (Option) Senior Military Operations Analyst - Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics C-4.2.1.19.6 (Option) Senior Military Operations Analyst - Deputy Commandant for Plans, Policies and Operations C-4.2.1.19.7 (Option) Senior Military Operations Analyst - Deputy Commandant for Information C-4.2.1.20 Senior Military Operations Analysts will provide support of the following but not limited to: C-4.2.1.20.1 Interact with MEF and Deputy Commandant Staffs to assist in the identification of operational shortfalls and requirements that shall be fulfilled by technology solutions and provide recommendations on technology integration and operational requirements at all levels of security to include SCI access. C-4.2.1.20.2 Assist in the preparation of memorandums of understanding for the conduct of specific experiments and provide the initial coordination for any MCWL/FD experimentation, demonstrations, and technology integration conducted with the MEFs. C-4.2.1.20.3 Prepare and give presentations to audiences, both technical and non-technical, ranging from senior government officials to operational end-users. C-4.2.1.20.4 Assist in the development and execution of visitor and media plans for the conduct of experiments. C-4.2.1.20.5 The liaison to III MEF shall also (1) perform travel as required in support of III MEF and shall include but not limited to the following trips annually: Two (2) trips, approximately five (5) days each from home base Okinawa, Japan to Hawaii, in order to support MCWL/FD experimentation planning and execution; and two (2) trips, approximately five (5) days each from home base Okinawa, Japan to MCWL/FD headquarters, Quantico, Virginia, to conduct face-to-face coordination with MCWL/FD leadership and across all MCWL/FD Divisions. C-4.2.2 G6 Information Systems Management. The contractor shall provide technical and functional support in this task area by executing the specific tasks identified (Secret access required), not limited to the following: C-4.2.2.1 Manage all R&D networks supporting MCWL/FD. C-4.2.2.2 Develop recommendations for new hardware/software and network devices in accordance with the Lab's Technology and Experiments programs including existing infrastructure. C-4.2.2.3 Research and provide recommendations on equipment solutions to suit emerging network needs. C-4.2.2.4 Provide the main customer interface for MCWL/FD personnel in connection with network and computer support. C-4.2.2.5 Provide expertise to assist in the management of the lab's secret networks inf rastructure. C-4.2.2.6 Provide expertise on information security and physical security. C-4.2.2.7 Provide experimental project & event support as necessary. C-4.2.2.8 Support the lab's operation and troubleshooting of all Audio Visual Systems (AVS and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems. Support the lab's operation and troubleshooting of all Audio Visual Systems (AVS) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems. Require AVS design and programming using AMX RPM and NetLinx. C-4.2.2.9 Support operation and management of Communications Security (COMSEC) equipment. C-4.2.2.10 Support Cyber Security programs: implement Information Assurance (IA), Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Vulnerability Management ( VM) requirements. C-4.2.2.1 1 Support the documentation requirements of the lab's IT efforts. C-4.2.2.12 Support Knowledge Management (KM) programs. C-4.2.2.13 Manage network, shared drives and web site privileges and permissions. C-4.2.2.14 Provide support of the following OS: Win 10, Win Server 2008/2012, Red Hat, Linux, Kali C-4.2.2.15 Inventor y IT systems quarterly and support the update of the Asset Tracking System. C-4.2.2.16 Support MCWL/FD's shipping, receiving, identifying, documenting and tracking of IT procurement requests. C-4.2.2.17 Support MCWL/FD's tracking of cellular devices (telephone, cell phones, smart phones and all cellular devices) and front-end trouble isolation. C-4.2.2.18 Provide training on Audio Visual System (AVS), VTC, SharePoint, MS Office Pro, IT Procurement Request Processes. C-4.2.2.19 Provide MCWL/FD desktop support, to include standard Microsoft Office suite of desktop applications, including Access Database and Microsoft Project. C-4.2.2.20 Provide administration support, such as prepare and track telephone work requests; manage scheduling and enable video teleconferencing; and process MC WL/FD IT Procurements and IT waiver packages. C-4.2.2.21 Support MCWL/FD IT Budget and Procurement planning and reporting. C-4.2.2.22 Provide certification and accreditation support of Networks and Standalone Systems using USMC MC AST, ACAS (Nessus, SC, PCV) and other tools required by the USMC. C-4.2.2.23 Support the Account Creation Process for access to IT Systems. C-4.3 DELIVERABLE 3- EXPERIMENT DIVISION (EX.DIV) SUPPORT SERVICES The ability to access top secret material is required for contractors executing tasks supporting Ex Div. and selected personnel will require SCI, therefore personnel supporting Ex Div. must have or be SCI eligible if required. Live-force experiments are conducted in field environments both CONUS and OCONUS, often in conjunction with operating force exercises. Experiments will execute in accordance with exercise schedules requiring extended hours of up to 24 hour a day coverage. Tasks may need to be executed aboard military vehicles, ships and aircraft. The contractor shall provide technical and functional support in this task area by executing the specific tasks identified, but not limited to: C-4.3.1- Technical and Functional Support C-4.3.1.1. Participate in and report on site surveys and other planning events. C-4.3.2 Serve as observer/controllers, watch officers, data collectors and in other support billets during training and execution of live-force experiments. C-4.3.3 collect, record, analyze and interpret the events occurring in live-force experiments or simulations to include wargames. C-4.3.4 Participate in the data reduction, analysis and assessment of information taken from experiments. C-4.3.5 Participate in and support the construction, production and delivery of briefs, reports of any type, presentations and conferences to review experiment findings. C-4.3.6 Plan the development of process, procedures, design, coordination and execution of UEs, LTAs, LOEs, MIXs, ANTXs, AWEs and other experiments. C-4.3.7 Create DOTMLPF recommendations in writing and edit interim and final reports on UEs, LTAs, LOE's, MIXs, ANTXs, AWE's and letters of instruction for experiment execution. C-4.3.8 Support working groups, operational planning teams and other designated efforts with administration, organization and facilities. C-4.3.9 Review information papers and other briefs/documents as required to support experiment efforts. C-4.3.10 Coordinate with the CNA detachment at MCWL/FD to provide a Data Collection and Analysis Plan (DCAP) for specific experiments. C-4.3.11 Provide risk assessments and recommendations during planning and execution of experiments. C-4.3.12 Communications Support, including but not limited to the following: C-4.3.12.1 Assist with accounting and tracking of all serialized communications equipment and the issuance and recovery of communications equipment. C-4.3.12.2 Coordinate command, control communications and computer (C4) functions to include identification of required supplies, operator level repair of systems and management of controlled cryptographic items. C-4.3.12.3 Provide training on all communications equipment utilized by Ex Div. to Ex Div. personnel, Experiment Forces and augments to Ex Div. for specific experiments. C-4.3.12.4 Provide subject matter expertise on communications for the planning of experiments, experiment control and integration of new and emerging communications technologies. C-4.3.12.5 Assist in the development of new Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) pertaining to communications. C-4.3.12.6 Maintain liaison with other supporting agencies and organizations related to communications for the execution of experiments. C-4.3.12.7 Plan for, install, operate and maintain the communications and cryptographic systems necessary to support all training and experiments. C-4.3.12.8 Have the ability to access Top Secret SCI level documents. C-4.3.13 Training Exercise Material Support, not limited to the following: C-4.3.13.1 Assist in identifying all classes of supply, vehicle and material support required for training and experiments. C-4.3.13.2 Manage supply, vehicle and ammunition support to all training and experiments to include the planning, accountability, embarkation, storage, shipment, employment and recovery of all items. C-4.3.13.3 Maintain liaison with all supporting supply agencies involved in training and experiments. C-4.3.13.4 Provide coordinate and manage facility maintenance requirements to include submitting for approval and tracking of facility maintenance work orders. C-4.3.13.5 Assist in the maintenance, replacement and storage of all supplies, equipment and material held by, or temporarily stored by Ex Div. C-4.3.14 Logistics Support, not limited to the following: C-4.3.14.1 Provide subject matter expertise to include the provision of technical design and analytical support for logistics experimentation and solutions. C-4.3.14.2 Assist in developing logistic focused experiment plans to include developing logistic objectives, sub­ objectives and questions for experiments. C-4.3.14.3 Coordinate logistic planning efforts with relevant Marine Corps organizations, other Services and with other agencies and organizations as required. C-4.3.14.4 Manage all facets of logistics support to the Experiment Force. C-4.3.14.5 Conduct a logistics analysis of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education and personnel and facilities (DOTMLPF) for each experiment effort. C-4.3.14.6 Assist in the development of new logistics TTPs as required to support experiments. C-4.3.14.7 Conduct research and analysis on current policies and procedures to provide recommendations on facilitating new logistics solutions. C-4.3.14.8 Assist in the preparation of briefs and presentations as required to support logistics related topics. C-4.3.14.9 Maintain awareness of evolving TTPs/training and technology advancements relating to logistics to include sea based logistics in order to effectively support innovative logistics planning of experimentation. C-4.3.14.10 Have the ability to access Top Secret SCI level documents. C-4.3.15 Weapons Experiment Support not limited to the following: C-4.3.15.1 Coordinate and submit inputs for weapons related experiments and create plans for approved experiments. C-4.3.15.2 Maintain and update all weapons related equipment required in the conduct of experimentation. C-4.3.15.3 Participate in meetings, forums, and conferences to coordinate and maintain situational awareness of issues and future training evolutions while maintaining proficiency as a weapons subject matter expert in order to effectively support the planning and execution of fires-related objectives for experimentation. C-4.3.15.4 Maintain a database of current MCWL/FD weapons I technology integration related projects, for both ongoing and future projects. C-4.3.15.5 Coordinate with the MCWL/FD G4 and appropriate external agencies I organizations on weapons related issues. C-4.3.15.6 Draft, review, and make recommendations on policies, procedures and safety guidelines while planning for future research and current testing of small arms related equipment. C-4.3.15.7 Assist in the preparation of briefs and presentations as required to support weapons related topics. C-4.3.16 Operations Management Support, not limited to the following: C-4.3.16.1 Coordinate all aspects and phases of experiment operations and training planning and execution. C-4.3.16.2 Assist the Ex Div. Operational Planning Teams (OPT) in identifying problems and recommending solutions in concept based experiment planning and execution. C-4.3.16.3 Assist in coordinating and developing the Master Scenario Events List and Data Collection and Analysis Plans (DCAP), site selection, documenting, analyzing and drafting results of experiments in standard report formats. C-4.3.16.4 Provide augmentation to the Ex Div. subject matter experts during the conduct of infantry oriented experiments. C-4.3.16.5 Assist in the development and design of recommended programs of instruction to support the training and integration of an experiment force, opposition force, and exercise control personnel and units. C-4.3.16.6 Assist in the evaluation of experiment forces to ensure individual Marines or units with their associated equipment possess the baseline skill -set required for experiments. C-4.3.16.7 Develop recommendations on transition implementation of experiment plans and research impacting training across the capabilities development process. C-4.3.16.8 Assist Training and Education Command (TECOM) representatives in developing training and readiness tasks and tr aining plans for implementation of approved experimental capabilities. C-4.3.16.9 Coordinate with range personnel and/or within the Range Facility Management Support System for all range and training area/facility reservations and use. C-4.3.16.l 0 Assist in the preparation of briefs and presentations as required to support operations or training related topics. C-4.3.16.11 Have the ability to access Top Secret SCI level documents. C-4.3.17 Aviation Support, not limited to the following: C-4.3.17.1 Provide aviation subject matter expertise to include the provision of aviation related activities and operations into experimentation. C-4.3.17.2 Assist in the development of experiment plans through the integration of the six functions of Marine aviation. C-4.3.17.3 Conduct DOTMLPF analysis of proposed aviation capabilities to support the determination of requirements for experiments. C-4.3.17.4 Assist in the analysis of plans to integrate aviation solutions and proposed TTPs with other DOTMLPF solutions. C-4.3.17.5 Review DOTMLPF requirements, in conjunction with other Marine Corps activities to identify required changes resulting from experiments. C-4.3.17.6 Conduct research and analysis on current policies and procedures to and provide recommendations in support of implementing courses of action to best facilitate new aviation solutions. C-4.3.17.7 Assist in the preparation of briefs and presentations as required to support aviation related topics. C-4.3.17.8 Provide support for aviation related planning and execution of concept based experimentation, as required by maintaining awareness of technological advancements relating to the six functions of Marine aviation. C-4.3.17.9 Have the ability to access Top Secret SCI level documents. C-4.3.18 Plans and Design Experiment Support, not limited to the following: The contractor shall have the capacity to perform this task in two locations simultaneously. C-4.3.18.l Design multiple concept-based experiments simultaneously such as limited technical assessments (LTA), LOE, MIX, ANTX, AWE and other related experiment events as required. Experiment design will be based upon an internally developed hypothesis and experiment objectives that support exploration and assessment of capability gaps for both material and non-material solutions. C-4.3.18.2 Develop experiments that involve live force-on-force field events in realistic field conditions, simulated field events only requiring command staffs where subordinate field organizations are simulated, or war games. C-4.3.18.3 Create Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL) documenting experiment events required to cause experiment participants to demonstrate trained experimental actions, function in experimental organizations or employ advanced concept demonstrators as called for in various concepts and expressed in selected objectives. C-4.3.18.4 Create data collection and analysis plans (DCAP) for all experiment types. The DCAP will be based upon design of a data collection ma tr ix that follows a dendritic approach. DCAP design includes experiment objectives, sub-objectives, analytic questions, data points, who to collect the observable data, and how it will be observed and when in the MSEL the observable activity shall occur. C-4.3.18.5 Conduct detailed budget estimates for annual travel and experiment execution to include both Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Research & Development (R&D) budgets based upon the campaign plan. C-4.3.18.6 Plan and conduct assessment conferences to review experiment and analysis reports in a format which includes the experiment force, the data collectors, report writers of designated experiments and other stakeholders as appropriate. C-4.2.19.3 Prepare and present briefs to the division director, higher headquarters, operating forces and others on concept-based experiments, related campaign plans, supporting budgets and capabilities to be examined through experiments. C-4.2.19.4 Develop and draft simple letters of instruction (LOIs) through complex experiment plans-including the enclosures, appendices, branches, and sequels, X-Files, Fact Sheets, position papers, and trade journal articles. C-4.2.19.5 Recommend operational concepts, organizational, and training innovations to enhance the operating capability of the MAGTF. C-4.3.23.2 Conduct research as required to determine values of data needed by the model(s). C-4.3.23.3 Prepare technical and non-technical briefs and papers to explain the approach used and the results of the model(s). C-4.3.23.4 Maintain a repository of models, data bases, scenarios, and data mined from previous studies that are available for review and for use in future studies and experimentation. C-4.3.23.5 Have the ability to access Top Secret SCI level documents. C-4.3.24 Operations Research Support, not limited to the following: C-4.3.24.1 Use modeling and simulation tools, and other operations research methods as applicable to execute approved study and solution set development plans. Operations research methods used include, but are not limited to, optimization, linear programming, decision analysis, and queuing analysis. C-4.3.24.3 Provide assistance to project officer s and other personnel as required in their efforts to conduct operations research. C-4.3.25.3 Conduct front end analysis of specific elements of experiments to establish a range of possibilities to assist in the scoping of study and experiment plans. C-4.3.25.5 Have the ability to access Top Secret SCI level documents. C-4.3.26 Simulation Operation Support, not limited to the following: C-4.3.26.1 Maintain and exercise the ability to independently operate software systems employed by and available to the branch to include, but are not limited to, JCATS, Extend SIM, M ANA, MS Excel modeling and Pythagoras. C-4.3.26.2 Provide for system operation support to the command in support of assigned tasks. C-4.3.26.3 Instruct and supervise novice uses in the operations and employment of simulation systems employed by the Ex Div. branch. C-4.3.26.4 Have the ability to access Top Secret SCI level documents. C-4.3.27 Manned/Unmanned Ground Vehicle and Power Generation Maintenance and Support not limited to the following: The contractor shall provide support to the Field Testing Branch in all areas related to manned or unmanned ground vehicles and power generation equipment. (Generator is defined as: "An engine-generator or portable generator is the combination of an electrical generator and an engine mounted together to form a single piece of equipment. This combination is also called an engine-generator set or a gen-set. In many contexts, the engine is taken for granted and the combined unit is simply called a generator".) C-4.3.27.1 Provide general support to the Experiment Division, Field Testing Branch as required. C-4.3.27.2 Provide subject matter expert (SME) support and future solutions or advancements to current Marine Corps wheeled vehicle capabilities. C-4.3.27.6 Perform preventative maintenance checks and services on all vehicles and equipment utilized by Experiment Division. C-4.3.27.7 Ensure all modification controls are maintained on all Experiment Division program of record vehicles and equipment. C-4.3.27.8 Perform required maintenance on new and emerging technology vehicles and equipment utilized by Experiment Division and coordinate with field service representatives for the maintenance of experimental equipment during experimentation events. C-4.3.27.9 Coordinate maintenance functions for Experiment Division to include identification of required supplies, performing repairs, managing and providing support for planning, and training units with experimental equipment. C-4.3.27.10 Assist in coordinating and executing deployment and redeployment of Experiment Division equipment. C-4.3.27.11 Assist in the movement and implementation of experimental vehicles and ro botics during live force experimentation. C-4.3.27.12 Capture maintenance related issues and data during testing and experimentation events for analysis. C-4.3.28 Information Management, Reporting and Assessment, specified tasks include but are not limited to the following, C-4.3.28.1 Creation of detailed SharePoint sites to serve as repositories and working venues to share experiment plans and products with internal and external organizations and agencies. C-4.3.28.2 Administration and operation of the Department of the Navy Tracking site at the Ex Div. level. C-4.3.28.3 Serve as the interface with the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned for access to information relevant to Ex Div. experiments and to ensure Ex Div. products are submitted and organized in the MCCLL sites. C-4.3.28.4 Collect, consolidate, organize and create the Ex Div. submission for the annual command chronology. C-4.3.28.5 Serve as one of the administrators/operators of the classified VTC and SIPR capabilities in the Ex Div. spaces within building 3087. C-4.3.28.6 Format, review and maintain a repository of all Ex Div. reports, papers and briefs. C-4.3.28.7 Coordinate experiment operational advisory group meetings, planning meetings for specific experiments and assessment conferences to include distribution of read-ahead material and arrangement of facilities.
