Description

Limited sources documentation The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-3(b). This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Cellebrite Inc. The award will be for forensic examination devices used in support of investigations and intelligence. Cellebrite is the only vendor that can fulfill the entire order - resellers are not authorized for all items for this requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210 Software Publishers. The limited sources documentation is included. All responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to Arlette.Tongue@usdoj.gov no later than September 10, 2018 at 11:00am EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
