- SF30 Amendment 0002 The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to provide and install a new fully functional Signal Communications (SigCom) brand fire alarm signaling communication and control unit for mass notification system (MNS) in BLDG 201, Emergency Communications Center, Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR), 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297. This unit must communicate and interface with individual building fire alarm and mass notification systems on base. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Only SigCom authorized resellers/distributors are eligible for award of the contract resulting from this solicitation. No other sources will be considered. Proof of eligibility is required as part of quote submission. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Contractor must be able to provide all services required in the SOW. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirements stated in the SOW and the solicitation. Pricing for all line items must be submitted with the initial offer. Partial Quotes will not be accepted. The Service Contract Labor Standards clause applies to this requirement. Wage Determination No. 2015-4313; Revision No. 6 Dated 1/10/18 will be applicable to a resultant contract award. See Attachment #2-Wage Determination. An organized site visit is not scheduled, however if interested please contact Mike Eck. Contact info is in solicitation. All questions should be submitted in writing to the contract specialist by 5/31/18. Solicitation package includes: RFQ, SOW, and SCA Wage Requirements. All relevant solicitation documents, including statement of work, may be accessed for download beginning the date of issue at the following site: http://www.fbo.gov. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database through www.sam.gov in order to receive a federal government contract. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amended 9/4/18 This amendment is issued to revise the Statement of Work, extend the closing date, and revise the CLIN structure. See revised attachments for changes. All questions should be submitted in writing to the contract specialist by 9/14/18. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amended 9/5/18 This amendment was issued to revise the CLIN structure to add an additional option year.
