Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to enter into a single source agreement with NUMA LLC for continued maintenance and support on the NumaStore Nuclear Medicine Imaging System. This is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Maintenance and support required at the following VA Medical Center: Department of Veterans Affairs VA Puget Sound Health Care System 1660 S. Columbian Way Seattle, WA 98108 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action.
