This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24418Q9505. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24, 2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Altoona VA Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Altoona, PA 16602-4377 is seeking to purchase Inspection-Testing Electrical Distribution System Service. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be 60 days following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Base Year, as per SOW CLIN 1001: Option Year 1, as per SOW CLIN 2001: Option Year 2, as per SOW CLIN 3001: Option Year 3, as per SOW CLIN 4001: Option Year 4, as per SOW See also Attachment 2, Price Cost Schedule.
