- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 36C26118Q9303 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99, 2005-99. (iv) This acquisition is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 811420 and the size standard is $7.5 million. (v) The contract line item is listed in the attached price schedule of the solicitation package. Please review Cost/Price Schedule and provide pricing related to each line item. Coordination for services to commence will take place immediately following contract award. (vi) The contractor shall provide Furniture Materials and Re-Upholstering services to the listed items contained in Attachment #1 Palo Alto Division Bldg. 520 Wing B, C, D Furniture Re-upholstery and Statement of Work. (vii) The contract will be for the period of performance is listed in the Statement of Work. (viii) The provision Addendum 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (x) 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial items applies to this acquisition. (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xiii) All additional contract clauses and provisions are attached to this notice. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) do not apply to this acquisition.
