Description

Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(2), this synopsis serves as notice that the Department of Veterans Affairs has an unusual and compelling urgency for the replacement of leaking roofs at Building 1, located at the Coatesville VA Medical Center, and the Government would be seriously injured if the Department of Veterans Affairs complied with the publicizing and response times outlined at FAR 5.203. Contract 36C24418C0241 was awarded to Home Maintenance Group, LLC., for the provision of all labor, supplies, transportation, and equipment necessary to construct a new roof for the Coatesville VA Medical Center, at Building 1, located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd. Coatesville, PA 19320. The Period of Performance is 40 days after receipt of notice to proceed. The total award value is $76,446.00.
