Description

Performance Work Statement The Mission and Installation Command, Fort Knox, KY is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for video hosting capabilities. The contractor shall provide a Video Hosting System (VHS) that offers a fully hosted edition of its video platform. Manage the daily operations and maintenance for the VHS, providing data security, virus protection and manage firewall service; as well as, manage software installation and apply updates/upgrades to application software as needed. The Computer Learning Content Information Management System must be capable of simultaneously hosting over 2,500 courses on the instructor and student interface sides, and support a simultaneous connection of up to 50,000 users nationwide to include Guam, Hawaii, and Alaska; with the ability to grow and expand. The intention is to procure these services on a sole-source basis
