Description

RFI Questions and Responses Do you know if this solicitation for satellite TV services includes anything else like Patient Education content (videos) or Digital Signage capabilities? No. Our Medical Media Service has a system in place. I see that you have 20 receivers in your head-end; what make and model are they? D12-100, D11 etc... a Picture of the front and back is needed if you can add that to SOL as an attachment. The Facility has 20 H24 Receivers and 2 H25 Receivers. Do you have HD approved Receivers? Facility states that the receivers they possess are HD Compatible. (Approved Receivers) Provide a list of current channels provided, or the channels that must be included in the new contract. The list of channels that the facility has on their current package is attached. Please note that it also lays out channels the facility provides, which are indicated in blue. These channels will not be required as part of the proposed programming package.
