This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc., 40 Liberty Blvd, Malvern, PA 19355-1418 pursuant to FAR PART 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, source is capable of providing the supplies or services required. The Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO23) located in St. Paul, MN intends to procure two compression components, Siemens part #14418477, to add on to the existing Siemens Luminos Agile Max R/F units. NCO23 Contracting Office intends to procure these parts for the Minneapolis, MN VA Health Care System. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals.
