- The JOFOC for an intend to sole source for one and only one responsible. The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to MCG Health, LLC. The contract is for 12 months with an estimated contract award to be $52,086.01. MCG Health shall provide Software License for online web access to Milliman's Acute Inpatient Guidelines. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a) (1) FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210 (Software Publishers). This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 12:00pm MST on September 12, 2018. A determination by the Government whether to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses may be emailed to adrian.segay@ihs.gov by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
