Page 1 of 1 (i) This is an FBO Notification of solicitation for Fluorescent Activated Cell Sorter Preventative Maintenance and Repair at the Puget Sound VA Medical Center. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C26018Q9637 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 (iv) This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Businesses and the associated NAICS 811219 code has a small business size standard of $20.5M. The Vendor shall be trained in the maintenance of the proposed equipment/system such that the equipment is maintained to meet OEM specifications for operation. The vendor shall provide new items ONLY; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
