- Notice of Intent: The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE intends to extend the MPACS contract, FA4600-14-D-0002. The contract ordering period ends on 9 August 2019; therefore, the government intends to extend the current contract for up to three years to allow time for completion of Increment 4 development efforts, the follow-on competitive source selection, and successful transition to the follow-on contract. The MPACS contractor shall continue to provide plan review and analysis capabilities, mapping, damage calculation, data migration, and plan maintenance. This notice is neither a request for a competitive proposal nor a solicitation for offerors. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement is based on responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government. If you believe your company can provide the MPACS services at full performance starting 10 August 2019, interested parties may provide a capability package by 21 September 2018.
