This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100 July 16, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Palo Alto Healthcare System, 3801 Miranda Ave., Palo Alto CA. 94304 is seeking to purchase an APC-UPS Uninterrupted Power Supply. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Requirements: APC UPS #SMX3000RMHV2UNC 10 ea APC Rack Mount PDU #AP7821B 15 ea APC Power Cord #AP9871 - Locking C19 to L6-20P, 3.7m 10 ea Tripplite Switch Cord #P018-006 - IEC C14 to IEC C15 74 ea CPI Rack Hardware #40605-005 5 ea Delivery shall be provided not later than 10 days after receipt of award. Delivery shall be FOB-Destination. Place of Performance/Delivery VA Palo Alto Healthcare System, 3801 Miranda Ave., Palo Alto CA. 94304 Evaluation Procedures: Comparative evaluation of quotations will be made in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), which means evaluating one quote with another in a uniform and fair manner. Only quotations from authorized distributors will be accepted. Evaluation Factors: The factors to be evaluated are price, technical acceptability and delivery. Award: An award will be made based on the lowest price quotation that meets or exceeds the salient characteristics.
