Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice. Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to result in a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for preventative maintenance and repair services of electronic utility vehicles at the VA Pacific Island Healthcare System (VAPIHCS) located at 459 Patterson Road, Honolulu HI 96819. Statement of Need: The scope of this requirement covers on-site preventative maintenance services for the fleet of electronic vehicles owned by the VAPIHCS. Services include monthly, quarterly, and annual preventative maintenance and repairs as needed. The current list of fleet vehicles is noted below however the quantity and type of vehicles is subject to change throughout the course of the contract ordering period. Solicitation: The anticipated release date is September 11, 2018 with proposals due September 20, 2018. The NAICS is 811118 Other Automotive Mechanical and Electrical Repair and Maintenance with the size standard of $1.5M. The Product Service Code is J023 Maintenance and Repair Ground Effect Vehicles, Motor Vehicles, Trailers and Cycles. Interested offerors should continuously check FBO (www.fbo.gov) for the solicitation. This requirement will be set-aside as a total small business set-aside. Limitations on Subcontracting will apply.
