Description

This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Butler VA Medical Center, 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001 intends to solicit quotes under Solicitation number 36C24418Q9575 for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and disposal necessary to perform lead dust abatement and clean-up services. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose quote constitutes the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 13.5. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for SDVOSB concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 562910 Remediation Services and the business size standard is $20.5 million. (*Note: All offerors must be registered in the VIP database as a Certified SDVOSB to be considered for award.) The Product Service Code (PSC) is F108 Environmental Systems Protection- Environmental Remediation. All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation number is 36C24418Q9575. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website on or about September 14, 2018. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov). See FAR Clause 52.204-7.
