- RFQ N0042118Q0764 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), AIR 2.5.1.5, Patuxent River, MD has a requirement for skills analysis services. Request for Quote (RFQ) N00421-18-Q-0764 is issued as a competitive procurement reserved for small business concerns in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.219-8, Utilization of Small Business Concerns. The Government intends to purchase on a firm-fixed price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, under the authority implemented by FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The resultant award will be a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611, "Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services." The Product Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is B550. This procurement is a small business size standard and is considered restricted to small business concerns. The period of performance shall be six (6) months from the date of contract award. See Attached RFQ for description of requirement. Award is anticipated on or before 21 September 2018. Interested persons may submit quotes. This notice is a request for competitive quotes. All quotes received by the closing date of this RFQ will be considered by the Government. Response and quotations shall be sent via email to crystal.ashton@navy.mil using the information provided in the attached RFQ. Questions regarding this solicitation must be sent via email. No phone call will be accepted. Additional Information: This notice is a request for Specific quotations. However, all responses and quotations received before the closing date and time of this announcement will be considered by the Government. Responses should include a company name, point of contact, address, phone and fax numbers, email, and applicable company product literature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided nor return any information provided. No quotation costs will be reimbursed for any offeror. No request for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
