Description

Synopsis: This notice is a Notice of Intent (NOI). This notice is published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1) requiring dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions. This is a Notice of Intent to award a Brand Name Firm-Fixed Price Contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b) - Only One Brand will satisfy agency requirements. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Employee Education Systems intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract for Vinten Robotic Camera Heads as listed in the attached product description. Attached is a copy of the Brand Name Justification.
