- RFQ#: SPE5EC18R0009 FSCs: 5306 Nomenclature: CSI Bolts with FAT RFP Due Date: October 12, 2018 This is an Unrestricted Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation utilizing commercial procedures I/A/W FAR Part 12 and utilizing Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 13.5. This procurement is for eight (8) Approved Source format, Critical Safety Items (Bolts) with FAT requirements The first NSN is 5306010965592. This acquisition will result in Long Term Contracts (LTCs) having a two year base period and three one year options. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. The required Delivery Schedule is 330 days excluding the specific item's Contractor or Government FAT evaluation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DIBB website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. Anticipated award date: December 05, 2018. Offerors should note that these items are Not solicited on an "all or none" basis and proposals made on this basis will Not be considered. Each item will be evaluated based on the proposal for that particular item independently of the proposals for other items." Resulting awards from this solicitation will made to responsible Offerors whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, "price" and other factors considered. Factors include: Proven Technical ability and an acceptable Past Performance record. Large Business Offerors are required to submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan with its initial offer.
