Description

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Acquisition Operations (OAO), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown NJ intends to enter into a contract on a basis of other than full and open competition for the Financial Services Center (FSC). The TAC intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Plexis Healthcare Systems, 340 Oak Street, Ashland OR 97520 for Plexis Claims Manager (PCM) software maintenance support services. This action requires ongoing support and maintenance for 250 PCM seat licenses. This procurement is for software maintenance support which includes an annual fee for reference data for the PCM software licenses. PCM is an integrated Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server-based healthcare information system providing complete benefit administration, medical and vision claim processing, and reporting features for organizations in the healthcare Information Technology (IT) environment. The Statutory Authority for this effort falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 6.302-1 entitled, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will satisfy Agency Requirements. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519 and size standard is 150 Employees. The estimated date of award for this action is September 21, 2018.
