Description

The VA Western New York Healthcare System (VAWNYHS) within the New York/New Jersey VA Health Care Network (VISN 2) has a need for a capitated Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) to provide primary care and certain specialty services in a private hospital, office or clinic environment for the Veterans of Chautauqua County, New York. The CBOC must be located within the city limits of Dunkirk, New York. It is estimated that Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C24218R0169 will be available for download from this website on or about September 21, 2018. No hardcopies will be sent. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist at Lauren.Helming@va.gov. Questions must be received a minimum of ten (10) business days before the closing date listed in the RFP. If warranted, responses to inquiries will be incorporated into a written amendment posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. Verbal questions and phone calls will not be addressed. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking this website for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the proposal period. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 621498 All Other Outpatient Care Centers and the Size Standard is $20.5 Million.
