Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to Censis Technologies Inc. (DUNS 087837659), 830 Cresent Centre Drive, Franklin, TN 37064-7323 for the following services: Censitrac Subscription Services for Real Time Location System (RTLS). The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed procurement is for the purchase of Censitrac Subscription Services for Real Time Location System (RTLS). Sterile Processing Workflow Software Support Agreement for NYHHS Brooklyn Campus plus Gov Cloud. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 with a size standard of $20.5 million. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 12:00pm Eastern on September 17, 2018. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to Andres.cepeda@va.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
