Description
ARNG RFI Questions Air RFI questions Air PWS Army requirement PWS The Army National Guard Contracting Office in Arlington, VA intends on awarding a contract for Credentialing and Privileging services in the 3rd quarter of FY19. Centralized Credentialing & Privileging provides support to Army National Guard (ARNG) & Air National Guard (ANG) health care providers as follows; (1) establish, process, and posture initial entry provider credential files (PCF's) for presentation to the Centralized Credentialing & Privileging Preparation (C2P2) Board for approval and to be granted initial credentials and privileges; (2) conduct systematic reviews of PCF's for expiring documents and interchange with current documents, to ensure the file remains current at all times and for presentation to the C2P2 board for reaccreditation every two years; (3) initiate PCF's for electronic transmittal of privileged provider credentials, known as an Inter-facility Credentials Transfer Brief (ICTB's), which is the act of transferring a provider's active privileges from the ARNG to a designated Military Treatment Facility (MFT). This notice of intent is not a request for quote/proposal. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the Centralized Credentialing & Privileging requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested by 1500 ET on 5 OCT 2018. Responses/questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Scott Welcheck, via email at scott.m.welcheck.civ@mail.mil and Major Mark Williams, mark.r.williams1.mil@mail.mil no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be received.
