DEBAKEY VA MEDICAL CENTER (VAMC), HOUSTON, TEXAS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 36C25618U0373 BACKGROUND: The Houston VAMC has a requirement for the following brand name supplies: Manufacturer Description Vyaire Medical Tablet application for six minute walk test (6MWT) using wearable, wireless sensors connected to a tablet PC running Android Operating System with a workflow driven protocol meeting the 2014 ATS/ERS guidelines. Includes 1 x 7 inch Android Tablet with Vyntus ® Walk application, 1 x Nonin ® 3150 WristOx Bluetooth oximeter, 1 x 3150 Soft Sensor, medium, 1 x 3150 Flexible adult sensor, 1 x 3150 Flex Wrap pack of 25, 1 x SpO2 Ear Clip sensor, 1 x Reusable Reflectance sensor, 1 x Box of Applicator caps (10) with Adhesive Rings (20), 1 x 3150 Adapter, 9 Pin for probes, 1x SentrySuite ® Reading Station software license, and 1 x Power adapter. KIT,HP Officejet PRO 6230 SENTRYCONNECT SEAT LICENSE FOR SES Single Seat license to connect to SentryConnect gateway- SentrySuite instrument, SentrySuite reading station, Sentry.NET remote access. REQUESTED RESPONSES: The intent of this Request for Information is to establish sources in order to define the procurement strategy.
