Description
Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and all other items and services required to perform the following work: •· Install dual port electric vehicle charging station in the east parking lot of Billard Hall (Lot F). Provide concrete pad for EVCS, concrete bollard and sleeve. •· Install dual port electric vehicle charging station in the north parking lot of Hamilton Hall (Lot B). Provide concrete pad for EVCS, concrete bollard and sleeve. •· Both locations require cutting and patching of asphalt roadway and small sections of concrete curbing. Field verify all dimensions at each location. •· Provide conduit, wire, pull strings, junction boxes, hand-holes, terminations and startups for a complete installation. •· Contractor to provide all materials and specialized equipment (chain falls, core drill, etc.) needed to complete the installation of two (2) Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. The period of performance for work on site is fifteen weeks (105 days) from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The estimated value of the procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance and Payment bonds will be required. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 17 July 2018. The tentative date set for receipt of quotations is scheduled for 16 August 2018 at 4:00 pm. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a small business size standard of $15 Million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Pursuant to FAR Part 19.5 Set Asides for Small Business, this solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Our office no longer issues solicitation or amendments in paper form.
