- The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure one (1) of each: P/N: 5440A-7002, Low Thermal Test Leads; P/N: 5790B/ANOPT3, AC Measurement Standard; P/N: 5730AOPT03, Calibrator; P/N: 910R, GPS Frequency Standard with accessories 910R-01, 910R-01/50, 910R-02/50, Z540 calibration certificate; P/N: 9500B-600, Oscilloscope calibrator with two P/N 9530 Active Heads as calibration equipment for the Joint Common Test Set (JCTS) by the Royal Saudi Air Force, via Foreign Military Sales case SR-D-SAI, to support the F-15 Modernization Program. Fluke Electonics Corporaton is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the oscilloscope calibrator and other required items. An adequate purchase description or other information suitable for this effort has not been developed because the Government does not have sufficient engineering data nor does the Government own the technical data to make drawings available. Any specific information resides with the OEM who can guarantee the equipment meets the original performance characteristics, design features, and operational instructions that are required in the JCTS Calibration. The Government intends to procure the above under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within ten days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
