- PR# 73906462 NSN# 1560-015871881 Nomenclature: Armor, Supplemental Manufacture in accordance with Lifeport Inc., DBA Sikorsky, CAGE 0KFL5, P/N 80011-306 Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid. The required total production lead-time is 350 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB at Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Requirement is an unrestricted procurement. Contractor First Article Testing is required. This is a Critical Application Item. Higher level contract quality requirements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
