Contractor Facility will make all reasonable efforts to adhere to (Contractor) provided construction schedule.   Any facility-initiated delays that result in a cost increase to (Contractor) may result in an extra charge to the facility. Government VA will make every effort to coordinate Contractor work schedule based on the SOW. All cost increases must be verified, reasonable, allocable, and allowable. 17. Contractor Could you please confirm for me what exactly you are wanting installed on this bid, and exactly what existing equipment you need removed and disposed of? Also, for the smallwares portion, (mugs, bowls, etc.) do those need to be delivered by the person doing the installation, or can they be drop shipped directly to you? Government The items listed in the solicitation attachment (Salient Characteristics List) that comprise the Food Service Meal Delivery Tray and POD Systems are to be installed per SOW. There was a site visit scheduled on Sep 10, 2018 in order for all potential contractors to see the existing equipment, and familiarize themselves with what the requirements are for the work to be completed. Unfortunately, I do not have a list of all existing equipment, so am unable to provide a specific answer to your question. With respect to the service ware, the installers do not need to deliver these items; however, the items must be in place in order to test the equipment upon installation.
