Thanks This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is N00174-18-R-0037 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circ ular 2005-66 This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is 100% set aside Small Business. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the lowest price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The SB size standard for this code is $7.5 Million CLIN 0001: Planned maintenance, 1 LOT CLIN 0002: Refurbish Spare Compressor, 1 LOT CLIN 0003: Install Spare Compressor and Motor, 1 LOT CLIN 0004: York Chiller, refrigerant type R-22, 1 each CLIN 0005: York Model Compressor, 1 each CLIN 0006: Incidental Labor and Repairs, 1 LOT CLIN 0007: Option Year 1 CLIN 0008: Option Year 2 CLIN 0009: Option Year 3 CLIN 0010: Option Year 4 STATEMENT OF WORK IS INCLUDED AS AN ATTACHMENT All items shall be delivered FOB Destination to Indian Head, MD 20640-5070. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
