Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following requirements for a real estate database subscription: 6 licenses for access to a robust Real Estate Database Subscription with the following capabilities: Research, analysis, running and saving reports of commercial lease property and vacant land. Must include available rentable square footage, pricing, property type, lot size, building size and year built. Must have the ability to research market trends and market pricing on leased property. Must have the ability to show sales and leasing values for the past 12 months. Must have the ability to show current availability status. Must cover the following states and territories (Service Area Office West):   Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska; Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Oklahoma; Texas; New Mexico, Arizona; Nevada, California, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, and the Philippines Islands. Online access for the 6 licenses; please state how many individuals may use each license. NAICS Code 518210 is applicable to determine business size standard.       RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:   Company name, DUNS, and business size standard for the NAICS listed. Point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address. Whether items are presently offered on your current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract (include contract number). Verification if your company is an authorized distributor/reseller.   Market Research estimated price, including name of proposed Database. Responses are due no later than 9:00 AM, Friday, September 21, 2018.
